Visit the Hunter's best cellars, where you take part in comprehensive sit-down private tastings of their top wines, including some aged vintages not available to the public.
The itinerary for the day is flexible to account for your particular interests.
Lunch is at either the award-winning Muse Kitchen or Esca Restaurant.
After lunch and further private wine tastings, you will be returned to your accommodation.
