Opened in 2015 in a South Melbourne terrace house (formerly home to a burlesque club), L?m? is the creation of Australian Chef Shaun Quade and his band of young creatives. With a deep respect for the produce and people they work with, the team share an unrelenting desire to experiment with taste, technique and perception. They honour tradition, yet at the same time are hell-bent on building their own.
