The property, Mill Ridge, is on Kosciusko Road, East Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains Region of NSW, just five kilometers outside Jindabyne. It 735 acres of high country overlooking the township of Jindabyne, and Jindabyne Lake with stunning views. The first stage of development is a chinked style handcrafted lodge, which provides sleeping accommodation for up to 10 people with modern facilities and slow combustion stove. The next stage of the development is slated to include a recreational facility complete with individual log cabins, horse-riding, hiking on fact filled trails, abseiling on The Rock (part of the property), mountain biking, and finally a majestic log restaurant perched on the highest point of the land with views of the town, lake and Snowy Mountains.
